Step 2.

Send Us the Event Details

Once you’ve submitted your event details, we research the number of available T65 prospects in the area surrounding your event, ensuring there’s no overlap with the promotions for your other seminars.

Step 3.

Approve Mailout

Review and approve your promotional mailer, tailored to the T65 contacts available near your event.

And voila! That’s it.

Once you've completed these three steps, we'll take care of the rest:

  • We print and send your promotional mailer (mailer costs not included).
  • We manage RSVPs online, through SMS messages and over the phone.
  • We send email and text reminders to prospects multiple times leading up to the event.

With our proven follow-up and reminder sequence, you can achieve a 98% average RSVP attendance rate.
